1. Commitment Fee
While we do not charge for the initial consultation, a $50 commitment fee may apply to use our services. If your application progresses and is approved, this fee will be refunded at settlement. Any additional fees applicable to your specific case will be clearly communicated and agreed upon prior to proceeding.
2. Refinance Fee Policy
To account for time and resources invested in securing the original loan, the following fees apply if the client refinances their loan within the specified timeframes:
- 0.5% of the original loan amount if the loan is refinanced within 12 months of settlement.
- 0.3% of the original loan amount if the loan is refinanced between 12 and 24 months of settlement.
These fees apply regardless of whether the refinancing is completed through our brokerage or another provider.

We reserve the right to update or modify this fee structure at any time. Any changes will be communicated prior to engagement and will not apply retroactively to previously submitted applications or settled loans.
